My stress management life courses are designed to show you how to live your life in a more healthy, positive, stress-free way. During these life courses, you will identify your personal stressors and learn numerous methods and techniques to reduce your personal stress.

You will be shown how to visualize and meditate.

Bottlenose DophinVisualization is the use of mental imagery to create a mental picture. Your body will actually respond to the visualization as if it were a real experience. It is a powerful tool you can use to bring about relaxation for your mind and body.

Meditation is reflection and turning inward toward the self or outward toward nature in a quiet, focused, reflective and undisturbed manner.

Two-Day Course designed to identify your stressors and teach you alternative methods to reduce stress, along with visualization and meditation techniques. You will be shown how to shift your emotions, create a positive attitude, and promote and maintain a healthy mind and body. In addition, you will put everything you have learned into practice. $250 per person
